Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum orders are 20 pieces. But you can mix between colours, sizes and styles as long as the print stays the same!
How do I deliver my designs?
To get the best print quality, we need all print files in vector format, preferably the original AI or EPS file, or a high-quality PDF. Remember to outline/lock all fonts and make sure nothing low-res is embedded. If you’re unsure, just send what you have and we’ll help you get it ready for production.
A few important things:
- Use Pantone or CMYK colours
- Keep a transparent background (no white boxes)
- Outline all text so fonts don’t change
- Include your desired print size + placement
If you have a rough mock-up please attach it, it helps. And if anything’s off, we’ll let you know before production starts!
How long are delivery times?
The production time depends on your order. However, after your order has been confirmed we always strive to deliver your merchandise within 2 weeks.
What printing methods do you use?
We can print in many different ways depending on your design. Most commonly we use screen printing. But we also offer transfers, digital printing (DTG) and embroidery.
Can you help with distribution?
Yes, we see ourself as your full service partner, where we can help you in all the different stages in the process. We can build and maintain your new webshop. Individually pack orders and send them out to your customers, of course we only use plastic free shipping. We can manage all your merchandise production. From printing and uploading product pictures online, managing all incoming orders and sending out orders straight from our warehouse in Stockholm.
