HOW DOES A PRE-ORDER WORK?

1. You place your order during the pre-order period.

2. When the pre-order ends, we close down the shop and start producing everything that’s been ordered.

3. Once the merch is ready we will send tracking info to your email.

Because we only start production once the pre-order closes, delivery takes a bit longer than in-stock items, but it helps keep things ethical, waste-free, and made the right way. Thanks for your patience.

Sustainable manufacturing

Made from certified organic cotton and produced in facilities powered by renewable wind and solar energy. Certified climate-neutral by the Carbon Trust, each piece cuts its carbon footprint by around 90%. Ethically made under Fair Wear Foundation standards and compliant with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and Detox to Zero.

Pre-orders are a key part of this, we only produce what’s actually ordered, which means no overproduction, no dead stock, and far less waste. Proof that the best merch doesn’t just look good, it does good.
Returns & changes

All pre-order items are made specifically for you. For that reason, we’re unable to offer returns unless something arrives faulty or incorrect. Once the pre-order period has ended, orders can’t be changed or cancelled, so please make sure you’ve selected the correct size before checking out.

FAQs

What does “pre-order” mean?

It means we only produce what you order. Once the campaign ends, your item goes into production. This way we avoid overproduction and keep things sustainable.
Why do I have to wait?

Because this is a pre-order model, nothing is mass-produced in advance. Waiting a little longer means your merch is made responsibly and only in the quantities needed.

When will I get tracking?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
When will my order ship?

Production starts right after the campaign closes. Orders usually ship within 4 weeks of the campaign end date. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I return my order?

Since these are custom-made pre-order items, we can’t accept returns unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Can I change my size or cancel my order after purchase?

Unfortunately not — since everything is made to order, we can’t change or cancel once the campaign closes. Please double-check your size before ordering.
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Some exceptions apply (currently we can’t ship parcels to USA, Puerto Rico, Russia, or Belarus due to postal restrictions).
