When will I get tracking?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Can I return my order?
Since these are custom-made pre-order items, we can’t accept returns unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Can I change my size or cancel my order after purchase?
Unfortunately not — since everything is made to order, we can’t change or cancel once the campaign closes. Please double-check your size before ordering.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Some exceptions apply (currently we can’t ship parcels to USA, Puerto Rico, Russia, or Belarus due to postal restrictions).
